		<description>I identify exactly with what you are saying. I am a minister in a church and am constantly asked by the hierarchy how to get &quot;young adults&quot; more involved. My answer is usually outside the church walls and their answer is &quot;but that&#039;s not bringing them to church!&quot; I think we have a different definition of what church is, to me it&#039;s not a steeple and four walls, it&#039;s wherever Jesus is, with the people.</description>

		<description>I think Gen X may be getting passed over in terms of media or Internet coverage. Boomers and their children, the Millennials, love to write about themselves and how they are changing the world. However, I think that the Xers are actually doing it.</description>
