It gets steeper; just takes longer! Enjoy Asheville! I miss it so much! There's lots to see and do, especially in the art-deco preserved downtown. Somewhere there is a giant iron (as in clothes iron) near one of the parking decks. Don't miss Tupelo Honey Cafe on College St for brunch. Honey on a fresh-baked biscuit is to die for. I remember US-74 well. It gets steeper; just takes longer!
